You will be fully trained and constantly mentored to ensure that you are able to provide your clients with the most relevant advice, the most effective website designs, and the very latest technology and website functionality that will really make a difference to their business…and all at a price they can afford.

Following the ORCA ‘way’, you will work closely with local business owners to assess their website requirements. You will then liase with a member of the ORCA Website Design Team (who will become your Project Manager) and your Business Mentor to deliver website design concepts that fulfil your clients’ needs and enable them to make the Internet work for their businesses.

You provide the information via a Client Brief Form that you complete in a face-to-face meeting with your client. The information is then electronically forwarded to the ORCA Design Team who create a look and feel for the client’s site. (Your Business Mentor will always be on hand to ensure you are providing your clients with the most appropriate advice, designs and functions).

Clients are under no obligation at this stage as we believe in demonstrating what we can do before they should be asked to commit. We believe in the WOW! factor and know that when clients see just how impressive their website can look and how affordable it can be, they immediately see what it can do for their business. When they give you the go-ahead they pay a 25% deposit and the Project Manager snaps into action and begins the build-process. Depending on the site, this should take no longer than 2 to 3 days!

Our User Guides make the management and upkeep of a site extremely simple and, following your training, you will be able to quickly and easily help your clients’ add their desired content (images, copy, etc) before it is launched. Your Project Manager will also be available to step in should you need them. Once the client is happy, they pay the remaining fee and the site is set to ‘live’ status and will appear on the web.
