Just called Richard Whitaker from www.whitakers-appliances.co.uk (my mum's integrated fridge has kicked the bucket and I always believe in using my client's services...especially as he specializes in replacing integrated appliances!).

His words: "Your team is nothing short of AMAZING!" (we sorted out an email issue he had - that was unrelated to ORCA, but we jumped in to help him out).

"We had our best day ever yesterday, all thanks to ORCA - we took £9,500!"

It's lovely to know that we can really make a difference to any clients business!

"In my case taking the opportunity to sit around a table at Orca and talk about my business with people who actually don't work in it, but want to promote it, has been a really positive eye-opener.
I always have time for my customers. I always listen to my customers and deliverying what i've promised when i've promised it, is what drives me. I hate letting people down and if that happens, then I always try to talk to customers and explain the situation and what i'm going to do about it. In my experience Orca is just same."
